Routine Dental Examination Andersonstown

I can not recommend them highly enough. I got really bad vertigo when getting up after the appointment. It was even worse than the last time this happened there. And even with my cane, I had to still hold myself against the wall to not fall The staff there is so sweet. My Dentist walked slowly down in front of me to make sure I was not falling down the stairs. Then I sat a bit in the waiting room & one of the receptionists insisted on escorting me to my car because I had to park a bit away. I have been very happy with them over the years especially since I'm terrified of dentists & they always try to keep me calm & make it as easy as possible for me. But today showed me how amazing they are. They seriously go above & beyond for their patients.

Excellent place. Came for an implant, extraction and other bits and bobs. Massively nervous about the procedures but Dermot and the team put me right at ease. From the moment you walk in the door the reception staff are welcoming and reassuring. The treatment plan was thorough and extremely well explained. Walked out the door today so happy. Upon my recent visit post 35 years at this clinic under different Dentists may I say current principals are superlative in every manner with excellent treatment accessed every visit - warm friendly helpful staff Why go anywhere else.

As a child I did not look after my teeth, as an adult, I have now to endure many dental procedures. I have experienced many Dentists. Ballyclare Dental “Smile” Practice is notable for their approach, advice and professionalism. Their Trevor and Jennifer McKissick are very experienced and personable dentists but Pamela Lowe whilst also very personable and immensely competent has the lightest touch of all the Dentists I have experienced in fifty-odd years of dental work. I have had root canal treatment, crowns (many), an implant, tooth extraction, white fillings, fillers, tooth whitening. They offer a membership/insurance scheme & yes it is expensive but comparable to other schemes. Their scheme means if you’re having discomfort they usually see you same day/next morning.

Jim is a phenomenal dentist. Just wanted to acknowledge the excellent service by him and his staff. Teamwork makes the dreamwork. I'd give 11 out of 10 if I could.
