Not only is he a vastly experienced dentist, but he also has wonderful awareness of patient needs with regards to coping with apprehension, fear of pain and general concern about invasive treatment. Matthew and his team have (between them) the expertise to handle all aspects of dental work, including extractions, repairs, hygiene (I use Anne!) and administration. I had an appointment with Iwona the hygienist this morning. I must admit I was not looking forward to it! however I came away feeling fantastic! My teeth have never been cleaned so well! She was so professional and you could tell she knew what she was doing! She was very gentle but firm! My teeth have never looked so clean! I cannot recommend her enough! I do not usually write reviews but she is so good she is worth my time to write this! Also I must mention Catalina who was there assisting her, lovely girl, pleasant and also very professional! They made a great team. All in all a very pleasant experience.

My NHS dentist did not offer the treatment for root canal, which was his diagnoses. He said he could only remove the tooth, so I had to find a private practice for root canal. My Silver Pepper Clinic Dentist was very clear and unhurried with his findings, showed the xray results and advised I don't need root canal at all. He made a 2nd appointment for 5 days later, to have 2 fillings, a polish and begin a 6 monthly care plan. I get to keep my tooth and I have found a professional service which is prompt and very caring. I fully recommend them.
