I was on vacation in Ölüdeniz when I chipped a tooth. I decided to get it fixed in Turkey and started looking for a clinic with good reviews. They gave me a free X-ray and explained what problems I had with my teeth. Since I only had five days left on my trip, we decided to focus on two teeth: replacing a filling on one and doing a root canal on the other. The dentist carefully checked my teeth and suggested fixing the filling first and then starting the root canal. The dentist Osman Faruk was very detailed and made sure everything was done properly. He used special equipment to check and scan my tooth during the treatment. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Now, back in London, my tooth feels great, and I haven’t had any problems. I eventually today got to finally meet Zac and the team at Hsmile for a little bit of work, which had been planned over a year ago since I last came to Turkey. Zac has stayed in contact with me and has kept me updated always on my procedure. The pick-up and dropping-off service — everything has been fantastic. I went and met the team today, and Cemre was lovely, who was doing my whitening. They made me feel so relaxed and so welcome when I arrived. I then met Dr. Hamza, who was very thorough with the questions I asked on another procedure, in which I have now rebooked to come back for further treatment. Thank you so much to everyone who looked after me today. I cannot fault these guys and the service they give. I had a cracked denture and it was repaired the day I went in. I decided to have a new denture made even though I now had repaired one. The clinic was extremely professional, spoke perfect English, and gave me confidence. The new denture was available within less than a week. They took the time to ensure it was perfectly comfortable, and it looks exactly how I wanted. Would recommend 100%
I received dental treatment from Murat consisting of 1 German implant and 1 Zirconium crown. I initially selected Murat because his communications on WhatsApp with me showed that he listened to my questions/ concerns and answered them thoughtfully and truthfully. When I arrived at his dental practice it was clean, modern with the latest equipment installed. He and his staff were friendly and welcoming, efficient and professional. Murat worked methodically and with great attention to detail. The results showed this: the root was taken out without my even knowing it had been done; the implant caused no pain at all by the next morning; the Zirconium crown feels quality/ expensive and matches exactly its equivalent tooth on the opposite side, the bite is perfect with no teeth rubbing each other. I look forward to getting more Zirconium crowns fitted in September 2022. Now when have I ever said that I look forward to visiting a dentist??! Wonderful treatment. Thank you to Murat and his team.
