I was so happy to meet them all and to have someone available 24/7 while you are there is amazing, I never got the chance to feel stress or worried, Sibel took such good care translating everything for me and explaining it all during my stay. She took such good care of my husband too who had come as my companion. I’m doing really well and I put that down to never having the time to stress about anything if I’m not sure about something I text them and they are back to me within two minutes, I wouldn’t get that from my own GP. Thank you to the whole team, you make it look effortless, and I can’t wait to post pics when I reach my goal. The whole package is so well thought out with insurance and flights available, I don’t think anyone else offered me insurance, you can see patient safety is their priority.

We were here today as a couple and received a very warm welcome. We booked the appointment very easily and at very short notice via WhatsApp. The whitening, including cleaning, took a total of about an hour. I'm happy with the result because it still looks natural and not a blinding white.

Every member of the team I encountered was completely lovely and reassuring. Before the procedure, I was very anxious and expecting a traumatic experience. The surgeon made me feel completely at ease and comfortable within seconds of entering the room. I have never felt so relaxed at any sort of healthcare appointment/consultation. Unfortunately, I did not catch the specific names of people I dealt with during my hospital stay but they were as fantastic as the whole Surgero team! Definitely recommend for any plastic surgery in Istanbul!
