Dental Bridges (3 sessions)

For most dentists, repairing your missing teeth with a porcelain fused to metal (PFM) or full porcelain (Zirconia) bridges will usually take two appointments.

On the first appointment, RENDEVSKI dental clinic will numbthe tooth and prepare it by removing 1-2 millimeters of the natural crown until the weakened portion of the tooth is removed and solid structure remains.

A crown must fit perfectly to prevent further decay and gum disease. It must restore a patients bite, prevent shifting of the teeth and above all, look good.

After the teeth is prepared, an impression is taken and sent to a laboratory for fabrication. For this interim period, RENDEVSKI dental clinic will coat with highly concentrated fluoride varnish or place a temporary crowns on the prepared teeth at the request of the patient to protect them and provide a functional teeth that prevents the adjacent and opposing teeth from moving while the crowns is being fabricated at the most renowned dental labs in Bitola and Skopje represented by dental technicians with extensive experience in the field of prosthetics

Dental Crowns (3 sessions)

A dental crown is a tooth-shaped "cap" that is placed over a tooth - covering the tooth to restore its shape and size, strength, and/or to improve its appearance.

The crowns, when cemented into place, fully encase the entire visible portion of a tooth that lies at and above the gum line.

Zirconia Crown (3 sessions)

Zirconia has been used in orthopedic surgery for years, and has proved to be highly bio-compatible. In Europe, Zirconia implants have been used for years to provide the ultimate in bio-compatability. Although titanium is incredibly strong and resilient, and has a good history of bio-compatability, it is not completely inert. With many millions of titanium implants a small minority of patients have suffered side effects from the effects of metal in the body.

Titanium constantly releases metal ions into your body, and this constant exposure in certain individual sometimes triggers side effects which may include soreness, inflammation, allergies, and even autoimmune disease.

Now, the Zirconia manufacturers have worked on new crowns that are custom milled from solid blocks of Zirconia and baked at extremely high temperatures so that the completed crown is pretty near unbreakable. Zirconia is 100% biocompatible. It is inert, and the body does not reject zirconia so you don’t have to worry about allergies or adverse reactions.

Zirconia Crowns have several advantages of both traditional Gold Crowns and Porcelain.

Although Gold Crowns are well tolerated, last long and are a good technical choice, many consumers much prefer to have a natural effect that blends into the overall smile. Many also dont want metal in their mouths.

Dental Implants (5 sessions)

Implants are surgically placed in your jaw bone while under local anesthesia.

Once you are used to your implants they look and feel exactly like having your own teeth back again. In fact it can be even better than that. Your new crowns wont decay or discolor and we can replace what might have been crooked or misshapen teeth with straight even ones that would do credit to a movie star!

Implants cause none of the discomfort and soreness experienced by people you wear normal false teeth. There will be no foods out of bounds to you. There are no plates to trap food particles and nothing to spoil the taste of your food. No one will know what you have had done no matter how much you laugh.

Once they have been fitted implants require only the same care as normal teeth - brushing and flossing.

Importantly they will help prevent the bone loss that normally arises when teeth are lost. This can lead to a partial collapse of the lower part of the face. It is this that causes many of the most apparent signs of aging.

The price of implant at RENDEVSKI dental clinic includes the original abutment and healing ring.

Dentures (4 sessions)

A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and nearby gum tissue. Usually made of acrylic, dentures can replace all of a patient’s teeth (complete dentures) or only some missing teeth (partial dentures).

Denture design and technology has improved, and it is now possible to have aesthetic, functional and well-fitting dentures.

Conventional dentures are made 2 to 3 months after your teeth have been removed and healing is complete. They are better fitting and only need occasional adjustments. The second type of denture is a partial denture. A removable partial denture consists of replacement teeth attached to a pink or gum-colored plastic base, which is connected by metal framework that holds the denture in place in the mouth. Partial dentures are used when one or more natural teeth remain in the upper or lower jaw.Complete dentures are designed to adapt perfectly to the mouth contour. Adaptation to the bone and gums, as well as the patient’s unconscious neuromuscular control, helps retain complete dentures in the mouth. Because of the tongue, lower complete dentures are more difficult to keep in the mouth than their upper counterpart.

Extractions (30 mins)

A dental extraction is the removal of a tooth from the mouth. Extractions are performed for a wide variety of reasons, including tooth decay that has destroyed enough tooth structure to render the tooth non-restorable. Extractions of impacted or problematic  wisdom teeth are routinely performed, as are extractions of some permanent teeth to make space for orthodontic treatment.

In RENDEVSKI dental clinic this treatment is totally painless under local anaesthesia.

With particular reference

to the

of the

standards. After this surgical treatment every patient received written instructions about post-extraction wound care.

Fillings (45 mins)

High-esthetic composite Fillings

A composite (tooth colored) filling is used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, etc.  The decayed or affected portion of the tooth will be removed and then filled with a composite filling.

There are many types of filling materials available, each with their own advantages and disadvantages.  You can discuss the best options for restoring your teeth with the dentists at RENDEVSKI dental clinic.

Composite fillings, along with silver amalgam fillings, are the most widely used today.  Because composite fillings are tooth colored, they can be closely matched to the color of existing teeth, and are more aesthetically suited for use in front teeth or the more visible areas of the teeth.

Composite fillings are very durable, and will last many years, giving you a long lasting, beautiful smile.

Reasons for composite filling:

  • Chipped teeth

  • Closing space between two teeth.

  • Worn teeth.

Mouth Guard (30 mins, 2 sessions)

Mouth guards are coverings worn over teeth, and often used to protect teeth from injury, from teeth grinding and during sports.

There are three types of mouth guards:

  • Stock mouth protectors - are preformed and come ready to wear. They are inexpensive and can be bought at most sporting good stores and department stores. However, little can be done to adjust their fit, they are bulky, make breathing and talking difficult, and they provide little or no protection. Dentists do not recommend their use.
  • Boil and bite mouth protectors - also can be bought at many sporting goods stores and may offer a better fit than stock mouth protectors. The "boil and bite" mouth guard is made from thermoplastic material. It is placed in hot water to soften, then placed in the mouth and shaped around the teeth using finger and tongue pressure.
  • Custom-fitted mouth protectors - are individually designed and made in a dental office with collaboration with professional laboratory based on your dentists instructions. First, the dentists in RENDEVSKI dental clinic will make an impression of your teeth and a mouth guard is then molded over the model using a special material. Due to the use of the special material this custom-made mouth guard provides the most comfort and protection.

Periodontitis Treatment (30 mins, 3 sessions)

Periodontitis is inflammation and infection of the ligaments and bones that support the teeth. Alternative names: Pyorrhea - gum disease; Inflammation of gums - involving bone.

Periodontitis occurs when inflammation or infection of the gums (gingivitis) is untreated or treatment is delayed. Infection and inflammation spreads from the gums (gingiva) to the ligaments and bone that support the teeth. Loss of support causes the teeth to become loose and eventually fall out. Periodontitis is the primary cause of tooth loss in adults. This disorder is uncommon in childhood but increases during adolescence.

Plaque and tartar accumulate at the base of the teeth. Inflammation causes a pocket to develop between the gums and the teeth, which fills with plaque and tartar. Soft tissue swelling traps the plaque in the pocket. Continued inflammation eventually causes destruction of the tissues and bone surrounding the tooth. Because plaque contains bacteria, infection is likely and a tooth abscess may also develop, which increases the rate of bone destruction.

  • Breath odor
  • Gums that appear bright red or red-purple
  • Gums that appear shiny
  • Gums that bleed easily (blood on toothbrush even with gentle brushing of the teeth)
  • Gums that are tender when touched but are painless otherwise
  • Loose teeth
  • Swollen gums

Note: Early symptoms resemble gingivitis.

The goal of treatment in RENDEVSKI dental clinic is to reduce inflammation, eliminate pockets if present, and address any underlying causes. Rough surfaces of teeth or dental appliances should be repaired.

Root canals (45 mins, 3 sessions)

Endodontic therapy is a sequence of treatment for the pulp of a tooth which results in the elimination of infection and protection of the decontaminated tooth from future microbial invasion. This set of procedures is commonly referred to as a "root canal." Root canals and their associated pulp chamber are the physical hollows within a tooth that are naturally inhabited by nerve tissue, blood vessels and other cellular entities.

Endodontic therapy in RENDEVSKI dental clinic involves the totally painless (in local anesthesia) with high-tech equipment removal of these structures, the subsequent cleaning, shaping, and decontamination of the hollows with tiny files and irrigating solutions, and the obturation (filling) of the decontaminated canals with an inert filling such as gutta percha and high-quality resin based root canal sealer.

Teeth Cleaning (30 mins)

Professional teeth Cleaning, also known as scaling and root planing, is a procedure used to treat gum diseases such as gingivitis and periodontal disease. The main goal of professional teeth cleaning is to prevent gum disease, which is the primary cause of tooth loss in adults over age 40.

In RENDEVSKI dental clinic when the dentists clean your teeth they remove soft (plaque) and hard (tartar, calculus, or stains) deposits from your teeth, it’s called deep teeth cleaning or deep dental cleaning. The primary purpose of having deep teeth cleaning is to prevent or delay the progression of periodontal diseases and make your teeth whiter.

RENDEVSKI dental clinic recommend having the teeth professionally cleaned at least once every 4 to 6 months. More frequent cleaning and examination may be necessary during the treatment of many of the dental/oral disorders.

Ultrasonic Scaling (30 mins)

To fight periodontal disease, we need to reduce plaque, tartar, and the number of bacteria in the pockets in your mouth. One device we use in RENDEVSKI dental clinic to remove calculus from teeth is an ultrasonic scaler. It consists of a wand with a small scaling tip that produces a soft ultrasonic vibration. The small, quick vibrations in combination with a water flow give us a whole new level of effectiveness in calculus removal. The benefits of ultrasonic scaling include:

  • Increased efficiency of calculus removal
  • Less need for hand scaling of stubborn deposits
  • More comfortable access to the root surfaces, thanks to the small tip.

Ultrasonic scaling removes calculus and reduces the number of harmful bacteria below the gum line. Its an important tool in the prevention and treatment of periodontal disease.
