Does anyone like the dentist, well not me. This all changed after my 1st visit to new smile many years ago. As soon as you walk through the door the receptionist is the most pleasant, helpful and just great at dealing with clients. The dentist David is just a gentleman and have to say one of the nicest people I have ever met. Always takes his time to explain everything in detail. Explains the pros and cons of the different procedures. All I can say is the man is gifted. Has to be the best dentist in the country.
I am so happy my family are with this practice. I am immunocompromised and accessing healthcare is usually a heartbreaking experience, but the team here were amazing. Happy to wear N95s throughout the procedure, accommodated first thing in the morning booking and had windows open. The service was great, they talk you through everything and make you really comfortable and the whole experience was so professional. Would recommend to anyone.
