From this our technician makes thin flexible trays, which fit comfortably over your teeth. We will show you how to apply the whitening gel and we recommend you use it every/or alternate evenings for a number of weeks depending on how dark and stained your teeth are. Patients usually start to see an improvement after just 3 or 4 applications and it is perfectly safe to continue whitening until you are happy with the shade you have achieved. To maintain your whiter teeth you can use your bleaching trays occasionally during the year to top up your whitening as required.
