My experience with this clinic has been consistently frustrating and uncomfortable. I felt spoken down to during appointments, and communication throughout my care was poor.
Appointments felt rushed, and pain management was inadequate. On more than one occasion, procedures were carried out while I could still feel pain, despite asking for sufficient anaesthesia. Having dental work done while not fully numb should never happen, yet this was my experience here.
During my most recent visit, I asked about filing down a single crown to help balance my bite — a straightforward adjustment. I was told that this was “above my pay grade.” Hearing this from a practising dentist was surprising and left me with very little confidence in the clinic’s ability to manage even simple follow-up care.
The process has also been inefficient. I’ve had to take time off work for appointments that did not resolve the issue, and I now need to find another dentist I can trust to correct a problem that should have been easily addressed. Given the high costs involved, the overall experience has not felt worthwhile.
I left feeling frustrated, uncomfortable, and still needing further treatment elsewhere to fix the original issue. Based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this clinic.
