Couldn’t recommend Seapoint Clinic more. The staff are honestly some of the friendliest I’ve ever come across, really warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I’m quite a nervous patient, but they made the whole experience feel calm and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt rushed or judged. The place is spotless and has a lovely, calm atmosphere too. I left feeling surprisingly at ease and actually feel good about coming back (which is saying a lot for me!). Big thanks to the whole team.

The attention to detail, advice and expertise I have encountered is comforting and more importantly highly effective! First from meeting Suzanne and Alix at reception and scheduling you know you are in good hands! I had an upper bridge with porcelain veneers and lower composites fitted. For special mention is prosthodontist Dr. Rebecca Carville, a true professional who gives evidence based advice and then is a calming presence as she goes about her work creating or improving your smile! Nurse Myles is Rebecca's right hand person and together they make a very efficient team. I have no hesitation in recommending all the personnel at Number 16. Excellence personified!

Brought my kids to see Rebecca Dental Hygienists yesterday. My 14-year-old has never had any problems going to Dentist so no issues there. My 11-year-old son, however, has autism and high anxiety when it comes to things like doctors, hospitals and dentists. Rebecca was AMAZING with him. She chatted away with him and while my son was sceptical and scared, he let her do one tooth. Rebecca said "you are my boss; you tell me when to stop and I promise only to do one tooth and then we'll take a break". She did exactly that and my son was soon giving her the thumbs up to let her continue. It took a long time to clean his teeth, but Rebecca stayed patient and reassuring - constantly explaining what each tool was, what the different noises were and what she was going to do next - so there were no surprises. She even suggested my son hold a mirror so he could see what she was doing, and this was the winning trick. At the end, my son was so proud of his super clean teach and is looking forward to going back again. I know this may seem like "doing her job" but honestly her understanding and accommodation of his needs was exceptional. When re-booking for 6 months' time, Rebecca ensured my son would be back with her (continuity is so important for him) and even booked a longer session so that she could go at my son's pace. And even though she didn't need to, she was as reassuring and thorough with my 14-year-old. I could not recommend Rebecca highly enough.
