It felt as if my humble tooth was being aesthetically attended to by the hands of a friendly, medically expert, enormously experienced and caring fine artist…( the treatment involved the bonding of a veneer onto a horrid exposed root on a tooth whose lifespan we wish to extend as much as possible). I massively appreciated the high level of communication and explanation throughout every aspect of this and other recent treatments. I’m a nervous patient with gum disease. Due to Covid, it had been nearly a year since my last visit to the hygienist. I was expecting pain and discomfort and the usual lecture. Well, I was wrong.. Shauna, the hygienist, was amazing… I got pain-free but thoroughly clean and polished. The usual advice was delivered in sympathetic, non-hectoring tones. I’ll be back!
