We don’t like losing teeth! Tooth extractions are carried out in the surgery under local anaesthetic with the prodecure and options explained to the you first.

We understand dental care for your children is very important. We love to see children attending our dental clinic, and have a DVD playing on a screen where they can see it while lying in the dental chair.

Treatment Duration: 30 – 60 minutes A tooth may need to be removed from the mouth if it cannot be saved through any other treatment. Treatment Duration: 45 – 60 minutes Wisdom teeth are located at the very back of the mouth and tend to come through in when in your twenties or later. This often causes problems with space in the mouth (impacted) when they are ‘erupting’ leading to pain and infection. In some cases wisdom teeth can only be removed by an oral surgeon in which case our dentist will refer you. If you are in pain from your wisdom teeth please contact us immediately. We will ensure we see you as soon as possible. There is a possibility our dentist may not be able to remove your wisdom tooth that day, but we will help with any pain and prescribe antibiotics if required.
