She completed a three-year orthodontic specialisation at Columbia University, NYC, NY, USA. She belongs to the few orthodontists in Greece who are Diplomate of the German, Greek and American Board of Orthodontics. MSc Dr med dent J. Elodie Vlachojannis presents and lectures at international conferences, congresses and seminars. Her work has been published in numerous articles, book chapters and magazines. MSc Dr med dent J. Elodie Vlachojannis is one of the few orthodontists in Greece that uses the Invisalign Technique, the Lingual Technique and Temporary Anchorage Device Technique which means an optimisation of orthodontic treatment in means of time, efficiency and aesthetics. She is the only orthodontist in Greece using the Top-Jet Mechanism to distalize upper molars so that her patients don't require to wear headgear and finish at least twice as fast as with conventional treatment! She speaks Greek, German, French and English.
