I've had many issues with dentists in London over the past 30 years. I had great dentists before that and thought the decline in care was just the way things were now. So, I kept putting things off—until a few years ago, when I was pleasantly surprised. This clinic came highly recommended by close friends who knew the issues I’d had. I even have my husband going here now. I was there today and am beyond happy—they saved a tooth!

I have been a patient of Northland Dental since 2005. All the staff are fantastic. If you have an emergency like a broken tooth or crown they will do their best to get you an appointment quickly. Dr. Santos is very attentive to all my needs and listens to my concerns. He also has quite a good sense of humour. Christine is an excellent hygienist and does an excellent job. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone

I honestly thought getting an appointment at one of London’s top-rated clinics would be impossible, but Victoria Dental Centre surprised me—in the best way possible. From the moment I reached out, Linda at the front desk was warm and helpful, guiding me through the CDCP paperwork and scheduling everything smoothly. Dr. Thiru is incredibly relaxed and never rushes—you can feel she really listens. During my first visit, she praised me where things were surprisingly strong (even though I’d never before been to a dentist!) and then went over exams and x‑rays in detail. What stood out most: she graciously waived the $40 difference between the CDCP fee guide and the Ontario fee guide, booked my cleaning within two days, and still took the time to share before-and-after photos of patients whose transformations are nothing short of amazing. I’m stunned by what she’s done for smile confidence here in London. The exam room is calming, with a window view of lush woods—it makes you feel grounded and at ease. Everyone in the clinic genuinely cares—they treat you like a person, not just a business opportunity.
