This method is relatively new. Its advantage is that in a while the feeling of an own tooth comes out. The disadvantage is that some special rules have to be obeyed, which guarantee implanting and preserving of the foreign body. This method is the so-called implant-tooth. Only the one, who is ready to devote oneself in teeth care and oral hygiene, will choose the implant privileges. Regardless of some exceptions, this method is risk-free. The material is absolutely harmless and it is accepted by the organism. Three months are necessary for healing up. Meanwhile, one shall wear temporary bridgework and restrict the chewing capacities at the place of the implant. Afterwards, the feeling of your own tooth comes out. The scientific researches so far have shown that the setting of an implant and the process of healing is painless. Maximum 20 % of the implants are cast away. It's also painless. The state is the same as the one after a tooth loss. An implant or the described artificial dentures in article 1 and article 2 can be put again. Screw implants will be used, which are made of pure titanium (99, 99 %) - metal, which the jaw bone accepts as a biological material.

By piercing most of the constant teeth have the so called deep fissures. They are spots, where food retains. As a result from the processes of degradation it forms an acid environment and that assists for caries formation. In order to prevent this process, special materials are used, such as: sealants, with which these fissures are filled. The manipulation is absolutely painless. This takes about 10 minutes at the dentist's. The sealing of the deep fissures and fossae of the intact first permanent molars is the most effective means of dental cavity prevention, as these zones are predilection places for plaque retention; they are difficult or impossible to remove and/or treat with fluoride prophylaxis and respectively treated for caries formation. Their sealing with sealants (sealants, glass ionomer cements), which also liberate fluoride ions, should be carried out within two years from their boring, a period in which the enamel "matures" and reaches higher level of mineralisation. Due to the financial condition in the country only the first permanent molars of six-year-old children are to be sealed.
