All hospital staff were very friendly, Special thanks to the Hospital’s Customer Services Rep “Dep”, who was very supportive to us with any queries. My dentist Dr Nguyen Hoang Loc did a wonderful job. Not only has he fixed all my teeth, he created the best Hollywood smile which I always wanted. The hospital is very modern and has all the latest equipment and high hygienic standards.

Jamie was the most efficient and kindest medical liaison with a quick response time. Dr. Duong and the hospital staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. They checked on me multiple times during the hospital stay and after discharge. I had full body liposuction with minimal and natural fat grafting with a 1-night hospital stay, discharged with medicines and compression garments.

From my initial enquiry through to meeting Dr Nguyen and his team I felt supported and I had all of my questions answered. I felt confident going ahead with my Buccal Fat removal surgery. Dr Nguyen's assistant gave me some pain killers and antibiotics. I came back the following day to check in with him. He was happy with how I had started healing.
