I arranged an out-of-hours consultation due to my own work commitments and was so pleased that they worked flexible hours. I was seen by specialist nurse Debbie, who explained the procedure to me. I then got booked in for a date that was convenient for me to allow my recovery. On the date of my procedure (blepharoplasty for my hooded eyelids), I met Jenny ( nurse) and Mr El Gawad. He was very charming and professional, and both Jenny and Mr El Gawad made the whole experience very calming as I didn’t know what to expect. I found this clinic by googling the procedure in the Liverpool area. I was very pleased by how kind, professional and efficient all the staff were. It was also a very clean and well-run service. I also received a follow-up telephone call within 24 hours to ensure I was not having any problems and to give them a call if I had any concerns. Wish I had this done years ago. I have always had extra skin on my eye which made me feel very conscious. I’m in my early 40s and never gone a day in my life without makeup until I had the surgery done, now I don’t bother with makeup at all (unless going out out). The procedure went so well, I didn’t feel a single thing during it. I did lots of research and took arnica tablets before and after surgery and didn’t bruise at all. I’m now 4 months post treatment and my scars have practically gone. Love my new appearance.
