This was my first visit to the Utoquai Clinic in Zurich for an appointment with Professor Braun who recently joined the Clinic. The reception was very friendly and effective in spite of the fact that I arrived 45 minutes late because of a traffic jam caused by an accident. The Clinic is well decorated and extremely well-equipped with the newest technology!
The purpose was a regular dermatology check-up by Prof. Braun, with whom I have been patient for many years starting when he worked at the HUG in Geneva and subsequently in the USZ in Zurich before starting at the Clinic Utoquai. In addition based an online discussion and diagnosis using pictures, I most likely needed a surgical intervention on my forehead which was planned in advance.
The online diagnosis was confirmed and Dr Steiger, whom I met for the first time, made a highly professional and sympathetic impression and performed the surgery. Next week I will see the result of the intervention but needless to say I have total confidence in the quality of the intervention. The answer to the question "Was it good value?" I can only provide this after seeing the result and receiving the bill. But honestly speaking, I have no doubt. (I am happy to confirm via E-mail)
