I have had dermal fillers, the doctor not only put me at ease but is funny, I thought for a long time about having the procedure done and finally took the plunge after doing a FaceTime with my mother and realised I was starting to look like her, she is in her 80s. I found this clinic by scrolling through the internet and looking for places close by that also had good recommendations. I wanted to have dental implants, but they couldn’t give me a price for this prior to the appointment. I had far too many problems with my teeth (missing teeth, infections, etc.) for them to give me an accurate estimate before the dentist had seen me in person. My case was definitely not a standard one. I only finished my treatment on Wednesday, so I’ve yet to go for follow-ups. The clinic was very clean and staffed by such friendly people. I can’t say the treatment was cheap, but it definitely did the job, so it was worth the money. They are so focused on customer satisfaction. Not only were they good dentists, but they also treated me with kindness. I’d go back.

After having 4 children I was left with an excess of skin(not fat) on my lower tummy, for many years I was trying to get rid of this but, as it was not fat but skin this was never going to happen. I searched many clinics to find a reputable surgeon for a procedure to remove this. From the very first consultation in a very modern, professional office, I was reassured by Dr Valverde and his staff, they talked me through the whole process with all the details of what was going to happen. A clinical blood test and cardiology test was carried out, a meeting with the anaesthetist was also taken with a full explanation of the routine. Meeting the surgeon, I was shown on a TV monitor before and after pictures of other people who have had this operation. I went to the hospital (with my husband) and we were given a private room where we both had a bed. I was prepared and taken to the theatre where the full team were very kind, explained again what they would be doing. After the operation a full team of nurses were on hand, checking every 1/2 hour on my dressing, temperature and blood pressure. The following day I was checked by the surgeon and within the hour was discharged. I was given a prescription for all the antibiotics and painkillers. 4 days later an appointment with the doctor and the drips were removed, dressings changed and a compression corset was put on, this made movement a lot easier. While this whole procedure was not painful it was a little sore, but after the drips were removed I was very much able to move without any problems. This whole process has been very professional with the utmost care and advice from the whole team, with the knowledge I can call the surgeon, Dr Valverde for any help or advice. I would recommend Valverde and Arpino without any hesitation.

Very quickly diagnosed that my enlarged spot was not cancer and could be easily removed. The procedure was done quickly and easily during my first visit. Stitches were removed at a later appointment and the marks have completely healed. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
