Where do I even start? Dr. Da Cruz is exceptional in every way, from his communication before I had decided if and when to come to Portugal, on the recommendation of two friends two friends who had used him ( one of several occasions ). He is patient, thorough and very kind. He truly goes out of his way for his patients! Never have I experienced this level of care from any doctor, nor do I expect to again…certainly not in the United States.
In my opinion, you’ll not find a more skilled, honest about what can be done, and more responsive doctor anywhere! I will probably return for one more procedure, now that he’s improved the condition/look of other areas of my body in 2 surgeries which were performed one week apart, with zero complications! I know I’m going on snd on about him, but it is all very deserving, as tge care I received in the past month is off the charts incredible! I’ll forever be grateful that he was my surgeon. He always patiently explained things in a manner I could understand, putting my mind at ease and was so consistent and quick to respond back to all my many many questions! And, I want to add he also has a very good sense of humour and is so approachable, unlike many doctors who have big egos.
