Dr. Božo Gorjanc is a specialist in general surgery and plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery at Barbel Polyclinic in Zagreb, Croatia. He also works at the Clinic for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Dubrava University Hospital, where he has been permanently employed since 2021.

Dr. Gorjanc graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zagreb and completed his specialist training in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery in 2021. He also passed the European Board examination in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, earning the FEBOPRAS title. His clinical interests include reconstructive and oncoplastic breast surgery, aesthetic breast and body procedures, rhinoplasty, facial surgery, and hand surgery. He has undertaken additional training in Ireland, Denmark, and Croatia.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr. Gorjanc contributes to scientific research and professional education in plastic surgery. He is a member of Croatian and European professional societies and co-founded the Academy of Plastic Surgery, a platform dedicated to medical education and public awareness. His approach emphasises careful assessment, appropriate treatment planning, patient safety, and clear guidance on procedures and recovery.

Dr. Dražen Matleković is a specialist in anaesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care at Barbel Polyclinic in Zagreb, Croatia, where he has worked as a full-time anaesthesiologist since 2009. He conducts preoperative anaesthesia assessments, determines the most appropriate anaesthesia approach with each patient, and provides continuous monitoring and care throughout procedures and recovery.

Dr. Matleković graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Zagreb in 1991 and completed his specialist training in anaesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care at Merkur Clinical Hospital, passing his specialist examination in 2000. His earlier hospital experience included anaesthesia for vascular, abdominal, trauma and urological surgery, as well as extensive involvement in liver, kidney and pancreas transplantation.

At Barbel Polyclinic, he focuses on anaesthesia for day surgery and fast-track procedures, with an emphasis on patient safety, comfort and efficient recovery. He has developed approaches to general anaesthesia designed to reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting. He has also contributed to professional education as an organiser, lecturer and secretary for European anaesthesiology and intensive care courses in Croatia.
