Areola Reduction
Arm Lift
By removing excessive tissue, Arm lift allows to regain naturally firm and round circumference of the arm . While it implies a thin long scar along the arm but it is hidden in the inner aspect of the arm, this procedure is very successful at achieving a more tone and proportionate shape.
Bra-Line Back Lift
Breast Implants
Depending on the unique nature of your features and desire, different techniques may be achieve the expected result. Most patients choose silicone implants rather than saline implants because they have a more natural look and feel. Implants are placed either behind the breast tissue or under the pectoralis muscle on the chest wall. Breast implants placed underneath the muscle have a more natural shape, a lower chance of capsular contracture (hardening) of the implant, and it is easier to undergo mammography. There is also a choice of incision – in the crease under the breast, under the areola or in the armpit, all of which have advantages and disadvantages. Breast augmentation surgery requires a general anaesthetic, with the operation taking 1-2 hours, and is usually performed as a day-stay or overnight-stay procedure.

Breast Lift
A breast lift procedure consists in lifting the nipple back on top of the breast, increasing breast firmness by giving the breast a more compact volume. Although breasts of any size can be lifted, the results may not be as long-lasting in women with heavier breasts. To achieve an increase in volume however, a breast lift can be combined with a breast augmentation/enlargement.Various techniques were described but again each patient will benefit from a different technique. The aim would be for minimal scarring, however considering that the scars on the breasts tend to settle quite well, sometimes priority must be given to shape and stability/predictability of the results.
Breast Reduction
Breast reduction is done under general anaesthetic and generally lasts around 3 hours. Excess fat, glandular tissue and skin will be removed in order to achieve a desired breast size. Classically there are few procedures described to reduce the size of breasts: The inverted-T scar pattern, with utilises the blood supply that comes from below the breast, is one of the most common procedures. The scars will be around the nipple and in an inverted-T pattern, vertical and horizontal under the breast. The vertical pattern, more and more used in modern times, maintaining the blood supply that comes from the upper and lateral portions of the breasts, tends to limit the scarring and achieve a better, more youthful appearance of the breasts. Liposuction can resolve some of the excess heaviness, although limited to the “fatty” breasts. A combination of procedures may be needed to achieve the most suitable result.
Eyelid surgery
Eyelid surgery, also known as Blepharoplasty, consists in removing skin folds and fat bulges from the eyelids. It is a commonly performed procedure with a high degree of satisfaction and low risk of complications. It rejuvenates the upper part of the face, making you look fresher and relaxed.
One of the techniques of face lifting involves tightening the deeper facial muscle layer as well as the skin. This gives a longer lasting result and addresses the general problem of tissues descending. It also reduces the tension on the skin and allows better scar healing. The muscle layer is tightened, fat can be removed, replaced or repositioned, and loose skin can be removed. Incisions are generally hidden within the hairline, from the natural crease in front of the ear, to the back of the earlobe and into the scalp. A small incision under the chin is sometimes necessary. Some procedures involve almost invisible scarring yet with very effective result.
Inverted Nipple Surgery
Simple procedures can alter the shape or decrease the size, but it takes someone that has a special interest in the procedure to be able to deliver a really natural result, without noticeable or sensitive scars, and very importantly, without altering the anatomy. The result are not only invisible, but also refined to the level of respecting pigmentation in the area, and more importantly, preserve sensation and prevent painful scars. The procedure can be done under local anaesthetic, but ideally the patient should have the comfort offered by sedation or general anaesthetic. Labia minora can be addressed to improve the proeminence, the visibility, without changing the anatomy in the area, as we all want natural results, with non painful scars.
Liposuction, or ‘liposculpture’ improves the body shape by removing stubborn pockets of fat from areas. Liposuction can achieve great results in areas like the abdomen, thighs, hips, buttocks, neck, arms, waist, back, inner knees, chest, cheeks, chin, calves, or ankles. It is also commonly used to address gynaecomastia (male breasts). The procedure can be performed on its own, but it is also often used in a staged approach, combined with another plastic surgery procedure such as a facelift, breast reduction, or an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck).
A general anaesthetic is usually required. The surgery involves cutting the skin behind the ear in an ellipse shape, to expose the underlying cartilage. This cartilage is then “scored” the make more malleable. Sometimes a little piece of cartilage will be removed; however, on many occasions the cartilage will just be folded back into a more natural shape. The wound is then closed with a suture which is dissolvable and does not require to be removed.

Thigh Lift
A thigh lift reshapes the thighs by reducing excess skin, and in some cases fat, resulting in smoother skin and better-proportioned contours of the thighs and lower body.
Tummy Tuck
Also referred as tummy tuck, abdominoplasty is a common body contouring procedure. By removing excess skin and fat, and tightening the abdominal wall muscles, the shape and tone of the abdomen are improved, resulting in long term positive effects on self- confidence, motivation and ability to exercise.

Carpal Tunnel Surgery
Symptoms may often be relieved without surgery. Identifying and treating medical conditions, changing the patterns of hand use, or keeping the wrist splinted in a straight position may help reduce pressure on the nerve. Wearing wrist splints at night may relieve the symptoms that interfere with sleep. A steroid injection into the carpal tunnel may help relieve the symptoms by reducing swelling around the nerve. When symptoms are severe or do not improve, surgery may be needed to make more room for the nerve. Pressure on the nerve is decreased by cutting the ligament that forms the roof (top) of the tunnel on the palm side of the hand. Incisions for this surgery may vary, but the goal is the same: to enlarge the tunnel and decrease pressure on the nerve. Following surgery, soreness around the incision may last for several weeks or months. The numbness and tingling may disappear quickly or slowly. It may take several months for strength in the hand and wrist to return to normal. Carpal tunnel symptoms may not completely go away after surgery, especially in severe cases. © American Society for Surgery of the Hand
Dupuytren's Contracture Treatment
The presence of a lump in the palm does not mean that surgery is required or that the disease will progress. Correction of finger position is best accomplished with milder contractures or contractures that affect the base of the finger. Complete correction sometimes can not be attained, especially of the middle and end joints in the finger. Skin grafts are sometimes required to cover open areas in the fingers if the skin is deficient. The nerves that provide feeling to the fingertips are often intertwined with the cords. Splinting and hand therapy are often required after surgery in order to maximize and maintain the improvement in finger position and function. © American Society for Surgery of the Hand
