About Dr Vlad Milovic - Melbourne

Dr Vlad Milovic is a Plastic & Cosmetic Surgeon, and Reconstructive Microsurgeon, with over 20 years of training, experience and professional recognition in Australia, Europe and USA.


Dr Milovic's philosophy is to provide his patients with personalised, compassionate care for complete recovery, regular follow ups and is available to his patients after hours for urgent concerns.  Our practice is kept deliberately small, including staff numbers, to ensure that you receive a personalised, concierge style service  with recognition that you are an individual as an individual patient.  


We have a fair fees policy, charging patients a comparable price to other plastic surgeons' with similar experience as Dr Milovic, taking into account the complexity of the procedure and aftercare for each patient. So we don't have a menu of prices.  Instead, we provide patients with a full written estimate of costs to consider after their first consultation.  There isn't any pressure to have surgery, in fact, we offer a minimum 10 day cooling off period between the first consultation and surgery date. 


We aim to provide best value for fees, and because of our attention to detail and ability to provide a complete surgical experience, from pre op to post op, please note that we do not provide "discounted or cut price surgery".  Having surgery is a serious decision and should not be motivated by cost alone.  We can offer a bundled price if more than one procedure is performed together but other than that we don't believe that our service standards can be met to such high standards with "bargain" pricing.

Biography:
Is very pleased to welcome Dr Mike Klaassen, a highly experienced and Internationally recognised Specialist Plastic Surgeon and esteemed colleague, who has joined him as an Associate Specialist Plastic Surgeon at his Canberra practice. Dr Mike Klaassen graduated Otago University where he trained in many surgical disciplines (paediatric, general, orthopaedic and surgical research) before settling on plastic surgery as his craft. Dr Klaassen completed his New Zealand plastic surgery training in 1990 and headed to England and Europe for 3 years before accepting an appointment at Waikato Hospital in 1993. In 2004, he was appointed to one of Sydney’s largest teaching hospitals, St George Hospital in Kogarah and in 2008 he returned to his hometown Auckland. After various locum positions on both sides of the Tasman he set up Parnell Surgeon in April 2012 and this practice provides a wide spectrum of patient-focused surgical services.
