The heart of my practice is detailed history taking and biomechanical examination of the musculoskeletal (MSK) system to reach the definite diagnosis. Aids to this can be MSK ultrasonography. Our approach is very evidence-based upon physical medicine + MSK medicine + sports medicine. The basis of the treatment plans is eventually being able to optimize the MSK system in order to prevent pain/injuries and have the patients return to/start a long term exercise program.
