I had the pleasure of getting my laser treatment done with Minda. Appointments can be booked via the phone, if you leave a voicemail Minda calls you back asap. Their appointment times are so flexible plus they're open on the weekends which is great! She was so professional and the hygiene levels were excellent, all COVID measures were put into place to make sure my visit was 100% safe. She uses the latest technology - SUPRANO ICE TITANIUM. I've had some bad experiences with other laser clinics around the Midlands, that seem to be only marginally cheaper however the treatment was either painful, unprofessional or results were poor. However, this machine was literally PAIN-FREE! It feels like someone is giving you a hot oil massage. Minda is very thorough and she really takes her time - she does not rush the treatment. She's lovely, easy to talk to and made my experience the best! There is no doubt I'd rather pay a tiny bit more and have laser treatment done here. Thank you Clinique de Beauté!!
I decided (for the first time ever) to try a lash lift & tint with The Beauty Refinery. I get my eyebrows threaded here often and the ladies are always very welcoming and make me feel comfortable. I am so happy I got my lashes done as I haven’t worn makeup since!! I have more time to get ready in the mornings and it has now been 2 weeks since getting them done and they haven’t fallen at all. The process went smoothly and I was given plenty of aftercare advice - I absolutely will be a returning customer for this service and will be recommending it always.
My family and I have been attending Smilecare Dental Clinic for several years now. Mr Hindocha the lead dental surgeon has a very calming approach and attitude to his work and in doing so extends that same calm to his patients. All of the staff are courteous and well mannered. Excellent communication skills in explaining pricing/costings/appointments etc. We find all of the dental team follow and maintain the standards of Mr Hindocha. I recently had a chipped tooth treated, again the the work was clean, precise and pain-free! I would have no hesitation in recommending Smilecare Dental Clinic.
