I contacted this clinic for a one hour consultation after finding them through whatclinic.com. My "problem" was that I had started to develop a double chin and after googling possible treatments I came across "threadlift" procedures. The clinic offered this procedure (and many others) and either a free 15 minute consultation or a detailed hour-long one for $100. The $100 would be credited towards a treatment, if I decided to have one. I had read online that other clinics offered free initial consultations but I decided I wanted to pay the $100 in exchange for professional advice and being able to walk away if I didn't have a good feeling, instead of getting free advice but feeling obligated to get a procedure done or purchase something for having used their time. These $100 were the best investment I could have made for my "looks". When I came for my first appointment I was greeted in a very friendly manner. Not "fake" friendly but really nice. Then I spoke with Liliana, explaining my problem. We spoke for more than an hour, until I had no more questions left. During that time Liliana explained to me that my "problem" area had more than just one component. She explained how the ageing process affects the entire face and how all those seemingly small changes can result in having one perceived problem zone. But that it is not advisable to only treat one area with an invasive method but rather have gentle adjustments in various areas of the face to achieve an overall harmonious look and how those treatments in the end help with the problem zone. Everything she explained made perfect sense. At no point did I feel like she wanted to sell me something. I had no previous experience with dermal fillers or laser procedures, didn't know the price of these treatments etc. After the long consultation, I decided to go ahead with various treatments, beginning with a laser treatment to tighten my skin around the chin, get rid of redness of my cheeks and to get rid of some water retention in the chin/neck area. Later I was going to have some dermal filler. I explained to Liliana that I would have to carefully budget the expenses and she was very kind and we worked out a time line for treatments that suited me financially and would get me closer to my desired look. Liliana asked me to bring a photo of myself from when I still liked my look/chin to the first treatment. This was amazing advice. When I brought the photo, she explained to me exactly where in my face changes had taken place and what she could do to help me getting closer to that look again without any changes that people would be able to pinpoint in a negative way. It helped me to relax more. After the first treatment (laser) there was already a big improvement around my chin area. The next treatment was dermal fillers and I was fearful to end up "frozen" or with a wonky eyelid. Liliana only injected where she thought was necessary and kept reassuring me that the result would look absolutely natural and not "frozen". And she was right. It took about 10 days and my teenaged children kept saying that I looked so good, less stressed. They didn't notice anything else. Next were the fillers. Even though I trusted Liliana, I was fearful to end up looking like a "real housewife of...". Again, Liliana took a lot of time and only started out with a small amount here and there (following the plan she had previously explained to me). Minimal amounts in each area. My skin reacted with quite a lot of swelling and bruising (I was aware that it could happen) but after a couple of weeks the results were amazing. I went back for a second time and a month later for a third time to get a little bit more fillers. The third time I had almost no swelling and i had no bruises. In between I had two more laser sessions. Now, two months later, I look better than I have in 15 years and the best part is that I look completely natural. My children (18 and 20 years old) say I look exactly the same but less stressed and tired. Liliana's treatments are a work of art. She looked at me, listened carefully, and recreated my natural, younger face in a gentle way. Step by step so that at any moment I could have said "enough". I haven't even done the threadlift (yet) because it will take some time to heal and I have decided to wait until this coming fall to be able to wear scarves to hide it.
