In the past, I had a bad experience with an aesthetic treatment so understood all too well the importance of choosing a highly trained and highly knowledgeable practitioner. It was also important for me to visit a clinic that would know how to treat me if things did not go quite to plan. With every topical medication and aesthetic treatment, there are side effects that patients may, unfortunately, an experience that can't always be avoided.
Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction to one of the medications I was prescribed, when I contacted the clinic I was reviewed quickly over the phone and seen in clinic that day. Dr Raj assessed me and was very reassuring, he was able to prescribe me medications I needed to promptly treat the allergy without me having to wait for an appointment with my own GP. My symptoms reduced quickly and I was supported throughout this time. I was reviewed again a few days later to check that my symptoms were responding well to treatment.
I can't emphasise enough how important it is if you are considering any kind of treatment to ensure the clinic you are visiting pride themselves on patient safety.
