I had always been a bit anxious about having any facial treatments, not knowing what to expect and not wanting to look like I had work done. However, I took the plunge aged 51 and after doing my research, including reading the reviews, I had a consultation with Dr Raquel. Her professional and personal approach immediately put me at ease and she took time to listen to what I wanted and answered all of my questions, explaining the whole process and treatment in detail. I had work on my tear troughs, which had been bothering me for ages. The results are great and look very natural. It’s the extra care that Dr Raquel takes before, during and after treatment, and the great results, that has given me confidence to book another treatment. First-time visit to this gorgeous clinic for me after previously travelling to London for my treatments. I was made to feel very welcome and had everything explained to me. I had lips, cheeks and jaw done and I am over the moon with my results. This is most definitely a hidden gem in Maidstone and I highly recommend this place to everyone looking to have aesthetic treatment. It’s spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, has amazing staff & fantastic aftercare. Everything you could ever want!
