I have been referred to Mr Karoo twice for removal pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions and on both occasions he performed the necessary procedures on an urgent basis as dictated by my condition. I could not have had better treatment or value. Mr Karoo also has special communicative skills and his friendly approach encourages confidence and minimum anxiety. I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

I was slightly apprehensive on my first visit, but those feelings didn’t last long. Ros is an impressive professional—highly skilled with excellent people skills. I found the pricing to be very reasonable given Ros’s experience and ability level. I was very pleased with the results
