The clinic got me in quickly for digestive issues and the specialist prescribed pills that helped immediately, so I am grateful for that. I had blood and stool tests done and it took a week and a half of me pestering to get the results by email. I received no explanation from the doctor about my results, nor a treatment plan. My question about how long I should take the medicines was never answered. The lab tests were inexpensive, though, and the nurses were professional and kind to me, as were the office staff. The doctor spoke English well and seemed very knowledgeable. If I were in Bucharest longer I could have pressed for follow up appointments. So, I have mixed feelings about this clinic.

I contacted Dr. Angelica Banu to make an appointment, she promptly replied and kindly provided me with all the necessary information. The intervention went perfectly well, and so did the recovery afterwards. She is a great professional and a lovely person. I strongly recommend her to anybody who needs the comfortable feeling of being in good hands. The clinic makes a good overall impression, it is well equipped and the staff`s attitude is pleasant.

Great place with excellent service and very competitive prices. This clinic is a family-owned clinic with several experts in different areas. My wife was told in France she needed 4 ceramic crowns and then in Rosetti they did tons of exams on her and honestly found out that she only needed one root canal, one crown and professional cleaning. It took her one week to get everything done. The owner helped her with the x-ray booking, speed up the services as much as possible and even gave us restaurant recommendation. I couldn't recommend more their services. It was absolutely amazing and professional work! On top of that, we paid way less than we would in France, including flight, hotels, food and tours around Bucharest. We already lived in Brazil and in Asia and we never found such a quality and careful dentist work.

I appreciate the atmosphere from Dent Estet, the seriosity of the doctors and their care for each patient. I also want to point out the fact that they explained to me each step undertaken before and during each procedure, allowing me to fully understand and appreciate all the procedures I had to go through. I like the fact that I saved time due to their punctuality. I have always been extremely sensitive and I have always had zero tolerance for dental pain. I am happy to say that the dental specialists from Dent Estet understood that and helped me in undergoing all the procedures very well. I was on holiday in Bucarest and they suggested me to go to this clinic to do laser hair removal. In the same day, I have taken the appointment and I have done the first session, full body. The therapist was totally professional and I did not feel big pain, because I was totally shaved. The day after I booked one session of plasma people in order to recover some scars on my arms and on my back. I did not feel any pain. Totally recommend the clinic. Very professional.
