Clinica Zetta

Overall I am dissatisfied with Dr Dragos Zamfirescu and the Zetta Clinic - for details please see below.
1. My consultation started later and I was billed for a longer one than what I actually had (according to their site, billing is time-based). If this had been the only issue I wouldn't have complained about anything.
2. I went there because I wanted an otoplasty. The Dr. agreed to perform this surgery but during the examination, he didn't ask me to take the mask off (Covid-19 context). Also, he didn't tell me exactly what was the plan and what was reasonable to expect of this surgery. Having consulted other doctors on the same topic, I can consider that Dr Dragos Zamfirescu handled this consultation superficially.
3. A surgery date was agreed upon and when I left the clinic the reception staff told me that I was going to receive a medical report.
4. About 2 weeks later I sent the clinic an email asking about the medical report and I was called back that day with a request that I send pictures on WhatsApp so that the Dr. can "remember the case". I told them that I want an official answer to my email stating this requirement. The answer I got was that they cannot send me a medical report because this is not the usual practice prior to plastic surgery procedures.

As a conclusion: I cannot judge Dr Dragos Zamfirescu's competency but he most definitely needs to improve his communication skills with patients and give them the trust they need.

Everyone was so nice. Dr Amit was very accommodating. He agreed to meet us for consultation on a Sunday - arranged how I will go about the procedures and laboratory tests. Even requested for English speaking doctors for me. The clinic was clean and nice. The nurses were lovely as well. Made me feel very relaxed.

Dr Amit Beedasy responded to my email inquiry regarding rhinoplasty my friend who was wanting a rhinoplasty and breast enlargement really quickly and in full detail. He went above and beyond to try and accommodate my request for a last minute booking for surgery.

He was much more concerned about my friend and my well-being and recovery rather than making money from our surgery which was refreshing and very much appreciated.

In the end, the doctor and I decided that this was going to be too rushed as my friend needed to return to Australia too soon. However, we will be back when we have more time for planning and we are so glad to have found a great surgeon who you can trust.

I contacted Dr. Angelica Banu to make an appointment, she promptly replied and kindly provided me with all the necessary information. The intervention went perfectly well, and so did the recovery afterwards. She is a great professional and a lovely person. I strongly recommend her to anybody who needs the comfortable feeling of being in good hands.

The clinic makes a good overall impression, it is well equipped and the staff`s attitude is pleasant.

I’m very happy with Dr. Amit Beesy and he was both professional and friendly. I can strongly recommend him for filler injections.

I did Breast Augmentation for the second time, my implants were very hard (even after 3 years), I had a huge gap between them and the size was way smaller than what I wanted. Thanks to Zetta Clinic, it is all fixed now and I am perfectly happy with the results.

Considering that this was my second Breast Augmentation, I have to say there could be no comparison between the service I received the first time and the care and support that I received with Zetta Clinic. First of all Dr. Amit Beedasy who was my main consultant, was extra professional and patient and even before I visit their clinic, he explained every little detail of the surgery and answered all the questions that I had in his emails. Even though I live in another country, he gave me an hour of detailed consultation on the phone which helped me a lot in making the right decision and have more peace of mind. I had again a long consultation the day before my surgery which involved my Surgeon Dr. Dragos Zamfirescu as well, which allowed me to choose the right size and shape.

Their post-operation services were wonderful. I stayed in their clinic over night, the doctors visited me several times to see if I am doing well and the staff were so nice and helpful. About the result, I have to say that I am completely satisfied and my breasts are improved in every way, they are closer together, much softer than the previous ones and the size is just perfect. I certainly recommend this clinic for their Breast Augmentation service.

I had my first lip injections done with Dr. Amit. I can put into words how wonderful he was. He is a very caring, compassionate doctor, a true professional. I had my last appointment on a Friday, yet he took all the time necessary and more and never made me feel as if I was inconveniencing him. My lips turned out beautifully, I couldn't be happier. They were friendly and professional my mind was totally put at ease

A few months ago I contacted a few clinics in romania regarding rhinoplasty. Zetta was one of the first to respond to me. Dr. Amit talked me through the treatment, listened to all of my concerns and offered his assistance in all areas of my surgery.

When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted by Dr. Amit as well as nurses and was treated with the greatest respect and friendliness. I hadn't been abroad before, let alone go to an Eastern European country for surgery. I was advised on what was good in Bucharest and the surrounding area and the staff here made me feel completely at ease. They were gentle with me and tried their hardest to accommodate me. I can not put it into words how grateful I am to everyone at clinica zetta. You have given me confidence I never thought I would have! I'm 22 and I have the rest of my life without the anxiety of people looking at my nose. I know planning surgery in another country sounds scary, but to anyone contemplating coming here, don't worry you are in safe hands!

I had to make a adjustment in the eye lids due to some minor fat deposits. So I sent a mail to 5 diff places in Bucharest, and Zetta responded first. Then I sent pictures of what my defect was and what I would like to have done.

Top all the way quick response good pricing and a good craftsman to do the job. They have a good setup very prof and I felt to be in good hands before during and after the treatment, all in all as good as it gets.

Very good! Now I have beautiful breasts!
