I had a gastric bypass on June 25th, 2024. I met with Dr. Hruby the day before; had a lot of tests done and questions about prior surgeries. I felt very well taken care of at the hospital; the nurses were amazing and very patient even when we struggled through language barriers! Dr. Hruby is one of the nicest doctors I’ve ever met; very approachable and knowledgeable and willing to take his time and answer questions. I never felt rushed with anything. In the U.S. they pretty much dismiss you the day after surgery; I stayed in the hospital until the Sunday after my surgery, that’s 5 days to recover and be very well looked after! I absolutely loved that. I will gladly recommend this clinic. The experience was outstanding.
