Joanne is very professional, and explained in detail. Problem with my rotator cuff lateral, have a video for exercises now. Even asked Joanne about my knee problem and explained what to do (only paid for rotator cuff problem)

I have a long term back problem that has been treated by Kirsty and her team for a few years. I particularly like the personal approach of the staff and the facts they listen to what I say when I attend for treatment. I always feel better when I leave and not pressured to make further unnecessary appointments. I highly recommend this practice and even at 68 years old attend the Pilates classes to keep supple.
