After suffering severe lower back pain I decided to explore acupuncture. I contacted Gaynor who gave me confidence to book a three-session consultation. I have now had three sessions which have certainly helped to reduce the pain and my mobility has improved. I can’t thank her enough and am now waiting for my next appointment.

I've been seeing the physiotherapist, Dan, for the last few weeks. He gave me treatment and exercises to do at home for my legs, arms and back. None of these were exhausting or difficult, but highly effective. You can do them at your own pace to fit in with your lifestyle, which is ideal when you're getting older. I'm finding daily duties in the home and garden much easier. The programme has increased my over all strength and stamina and proves it isn't always inevitable to give in to getting older. It's greatly reduced incidences of back pain which can be so debilitating, by strengthening those muscles and has succeeded where other therapies have not. It's a real game changer. Of course, he's very professional and pleasant and the surroundings are bright and clean.
