Hi I'm Karl and I run My Chi. I have been in practice for the past four years as an acupuncturist and for eight years before that as an acupressurist. I trained with the CACMS in Beijing and also studied both Chinese and Western herbal medicine. Through my martial arts training I learned tai chi and qi gong (a form of energy work and breathing exercises).
