I was preparing for the egg freezing procedure and found out that acupuncture has proven to be very beneficial for egg quality and overall health, so I went to see Kate for a fertility boost. I found sessions with Kate very relaxing and I believe it wasn't only for her skills but warm and kind personality that I really enjoyed coming to her every week. I highly recommend her :)

I first attended the clinic in September 2019 with plantar fasciitis which I had for over 12 months. My physiotherapist was Conor Tierney. I had 6 treatments and was given exercises to do at home. After the 6 treatments/exercises, I can honestly say I now walk pain-free. I still do the exercises on occasion. What helped me with this was the videos that Conor took of me doing the exercises correctly. He sent them to my phone so I had absolutely no excuses not to do them and I could look back to make sure I was doing them correctly. I then attended Conor again in July 2020. I had a problem with my knee. After the first consultation, we discussed my options and plans. I selected the 7 sessions plan. It was very economical. Again Conor sorted me out with exercises and treatments. I would highly recommend Conor at Stepaside Physiotherapy.
