I had no previous experience of Acupuncture when I first attended Kate after a bad attack of COVID coupled with overwhelming grief.

Kate quickly put me at ease & assured me she could help & she certainly has done that. As my "treat" to myself I now attend every 4 weeks or so & I always really feel the benefit.

Her premises are clean, comfortable & warm & here Kate creates a calm, safe & restful atmosphere.

I started seeing Kate almost a year ago and can only say it has enhanced my overall well-being so much. Initially, I went for a weekly session to help with ongoing kidney issues and now attend monthly as I feel it benefits my health both physical and mental health so much. Kate is so professional in her approach but more importantly, is personable and kind, she is a great listener and adapts all my sessions to what is going on for me in that moment. I attended Kate's clinic for sinus and ear issues I was having over the span of 4 months. Kate was always very professional, friendly and caring. I recently completed eight sessions with Kate. I had suffered a number of deaths of close family members over a period of four years.
I think it would be fair to say that I was “stuck”.

I was lacking energy and focus but most of all the grief and loss had hollowed me out. (As Kate correctly identified my “fire” had gone out). To be honest I thought I would never smile again.
