Acupuncture for troublesome Groin

After spending years with a troublesome groin i decided to give Acupuncture a go to solve the problem. After getting the recommendation of Acucare from a friend i decided to book in for a session. I was a bit apprehensive at first, I am not a great fan of needles. However after talking with Glen I was made feel at ease to level of pain/discomfort(Which was minimal)that this would cause. After the first session I could immediately feel and improvement in my mobility. In addition to the session I also was given some good exercises and advise. After 3 sessions i was running without pain. I have not had any relapse of pain as I am still continuing the exercises that were advised. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I recently pulled my quad muscle and sought out treatment. I was very happy with the final results and noticed big improvements after each session. I went to this clinic with complaints of lack of energy, tiredness, and other times because of stress and anxiety. I found it very effective in relieving the symptoms in a short time and was brilliant for taking the physical draining feelings away almost immediately. I'm very happy with it and personally I've done a lot of things including diet like dark chocolate, yoga, exercise ,gym, and one to ones with psychologists and am very aware of the costs associated and the value for money aspect.
