It was my first hair treatment and my colleague decided to do this in January 2021 and He recommended it to me. It was one of the best decision in my life. First off, the spa itself is gorgeous. Very clean, calm and inviting for both men and women. I went in for my acne skin & dark scars. Dr Eugene has analysed my skin problem & suggest the best treatment for it. HE IS AMAZING!!! Short explanation but clear and ask all my questions fluently. I really appreciate all the friendly staff. I had a great experience here. Got my transplant on September 1, 2020. I’m very happy with the results. The entire process was very smooth and there were no hidden charges or fees. The day of the transplant is a really long day but your whole look is going to be changed for the investment of one day. Everyone was super nice and my wife can’t believe how much younger I look! From a to z everything was great. My coordinator guided me through all the steps and from arriving at the airport and finishing the last final check with a doctor there was not a single problem at all. I heard their name a few times but I never thought that they are so professional. They know what they are doing for sure. And I wish they do keep up with this spectacular work all the time. Nurses and the hospital staff are definitely an asset to the company. They are not only staff they become friends with you. Aftercare was good as well and massages are useful ladies. Have them for sure.

This doctor is famous for her natural hairline designs and mega sessions, which mean a very long operation day:) I am very happy that I chose Dr. Ulusan and the whole experience was well worth the cost. If I lose the rest of my hair, I would choose doctor Sibel again and would fly to Izmir, which is a lovely town by the sea.

I developed a rash on my back and sides, which developed to be lots of tiny blisters, all in a space of 4 days. When it really started to hurt (more like stings from the tiny blisters that burst) I went to Dr Ruban’s clinic which was near my place in Bangsar. Did not have to wait more than 20 minutes, when the doctor saw me. He was quick and efficient, I was out in 5 minutes. He told me it was Shingles, a form of Chickenpox, that older people get, triggered by stress. He gave me anti-viral meds and a pain killer. What I really appreciate was the promptness in getting medical attention, the clarity of his explanation of what I had, and the do’s and don’t’s I needed to follow. All round, a great experience, in what was a painful situation. I’m a happy patient. Thank you to the team at the clinic.
