I am a young mother with androgenic Alopecia from the UK. I received 2700 grafts sapphire FUE. To begin with I wanted an all female team, for religious reasons and to be comfortable. The staff especially tugce catered for this with great sensitivity and care. They agreed never to share my pictures on social media or to others, to provide an all female team, very good hotel ( room for me and my family), buffet, lunch and transportation service all in very affordable package. Very fast communication from tugce, reassurance and the good offer led me to book my ticket and fly out to Turkey within a week! I was looking for this offer for a very long time. However with other clinics I did not feel comfortable to go ahead or they were very slow in getting back. As I landed into Turkey, Everything exceeded my expectations, from the 10 seater mercedes transport service. To the extra staff hired just for me so it was all female, at no extra cost to me. The privacy that was given to me, I can never express properly how I am so grateful. The operation was smooth, quick and very professional. Aftercare was also very good. My hair was washed for 2 days in a row, I received a care treatment plan, injection, medicine and gifts all-inclusive at no extra cost. After this I decide to get extra injection for my Alopecia, I received a very good offer, no other clinic are offering. I highly reccomend this clinic. If you are especially someone who covers your hair, wear hijab. If you want privacy, if you want professional care with very friendly caring staff. Go for tetik with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed. Now I have 4 other relatives and freinds also want to go for tetik soon.

Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. I will highly recommend this clinic from every angle. Even when I'm back in London their after care is brilliant. Still stay in touch where I did think once I come back that's it but no, still in contact. My surgeon Mustafa was very caring while going through surgery kept asking if I'm ok, needed anything which like again I'm very happy. I just can't wait to share the end result of my hair transplant. I travelled to Istanbul from Florida in the USA to have a breast reduction and lift. Malek was the first person I communicated with who helped me get everything scheduled and my accommodation squared away. Then Elif assisted me with everything else like paperwork and making sure communication was fluid as I do not speak the language. Best decision in Turkey. I was so undecided to have any kind of surgery done in Turkey until I ran into the Surgero. Checked all the patient videos and even contacted a couple of their patients, the ladies were looking so bomb 😍 I did my research and proceeded to choose Dr. T as my surgeon and I must say I’m so very confident with my decision on choosing him. But besides the surgeon My Coordinator “Yigit’’ has been off the chain, he responds well & in a timely matter, he answers all my questions, and literally just a text away at any time of day & night sometimes lol from any concerns I have. I was nervous and still am nervous about a lot of things but his reassurance is all I need lol he’s the best!

The results from my VASER lipo surgery are more remarkable than I could of ever imagined. I am extremely happy with my results and I wish I would have done it much sooner. These guys didn’t just stop at service. They went out their way afterwards to ensure I was happy with the end result and finished the piece later on when all healed up. There were no issues with what I wanted! And still do receive the support now with medication! In general, the company are too top in every way possible. Value is the best as they still support now five years on! I like to think of myself as quite clued up on this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but Matt.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

Great experience here. Had my eyebrow transplantation done at BHI and I recommend anyone who wants to do the same looks no further! Dr Kulakarn is very friendly and professional and caring. Likewise Phung, Wang and many other staff are all very respectable and caring. In terms of the result, it is only my second week, the color is still very dark And prominent, as per the doctor it will take around 1 year for a complete result so I guess it just requires more patience.
