I came all the way from Germany to Istanbul to finally get some new eyebrows. I struggled a lot with my eyebrows so I found at the internet hairestetik. I texted them and asked for help. They answered all my questions and they are very friendly and professional. They picked me up from the airport brought me to my hotel (very nice hotel with an awesome view of Istanbul). The next day we went to the hospital and everyone was very friendly so I felt very comfortable. They gave me food, drinks always asked me if I need something. The translator explain everything and if I had open questions I can always ask. Very important point for me, that we still in contact so the way I can always ask and show pictures to them. I am already very happy about my new eyebrows and I would tell everyone that need to fix their eyebrows to go there because I felt very comfortable and they did an amazing job. Thank you so much.

I highly recommend this hospital. They are professional and make the whole process so easy to go thru it. Their service is 10/10. I was feeling great before and after surgery with their work and they made me feel so comfortable. My doctor was Kadri Ila and he is so professional (rhinoplasty) I'm so happy with the results. And my contact person was Yavuz which he is perfect for keeping you updated and informed for all the things that you have to know before and after surgery. I am in the process of scheduling my surgery but if the experience with Coordinator Zuhal is any indication of how this is going to go, I’m here for it. She is AMAZING!! Milano clinic was very honest and informative about what she thought my results would be and what direction she thought I should go. Before I even left the first appointment, I scheduled my surgery and decided to do a full back and torso liposuction procedure. Leading up to it, I had many questions which were always answered either at a pre-op appointment or over the phone and I felt very confident going into surgery. The day of was a breeze and while recovery was a little more challenging than I anticipated. The entire staff was there every step of the way. It is now less than two months later and I already see a huge change and am excited for the future. I had a rhinoplasty done by Dr.Durukan. I had an amazing experience, to say the least! I travelled from Ireland to Izmir and from the moment I arrived at the moment I left I could not have felt more at home. My driver Teoman collected me from the airport when I arrived, he was so friendly and welcoming, he talked me through what was going to happen in the next couple of days and was full of chat. When we arrived at the hotel he checked in for me and made sure everything was all okay, he is such a gentleman. Also, the hotel staff were wonderful and the hotel was nice and clean and modern. Teoman told me to text him if I had any problems at all, he texted me most days to make sure I was okay and to see if I needed anything. He collected me the morning after I arrived in Izmir to bring me to the hospital where he introduced me to my translator Nehir. She was phenomenal throughout the whole experience I don't know what I would have done without her she really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my stay and answered any questions I had throughout. There was one night after my surgery when I was in my hotel and I had a question for my surgeon about something and within 5 minutes of texting Nehir she had me on a video call with my surgeon and herself to answer my questions and put me at ease. I was so happy to know that there were people there to support me and answer any of my questions whenever and wherever. Last but not least my surgeon Dr.Durukan was absolutely amazing. I met him at first in my consultation and I knew then that I was ready to put all of my trust in him. We were on the same page about everything that I wanted to be done and he clearly explained to me everything that he was going to do before I went into surgery. After the surgery Dr, Durukan was so supportive he really does go above and beyond with all of his patients, I know from my experience that they are definitely his number one priority. I am so grateful for Dr.Durukan and his team I cannot recommend them enough! I know surgery can be very overwhelming and daunting and choosing the right surgeon is a very difficult decision but you can rest assured that with Dr.Durukan and his team you are in great hands and have 24/4 support. Thank you Dr.Durukan and your team my experience was definitely 10/10. I am over the moon with my result so far it is everything I wanted and more.

It's all ladies team, and they provided the best care and service possible. All things has been organised by Asli, who is still providing excellent care,and promptly answering all questions, after operation. Surgery took over 10 hours, and during it all team was very friendly and professional. Quote was 3500 grafts, but they did 4800, without extra charge, and I was pleasantly surprised. I was provided with medication, aftercare products, and all info. Now just need to wait for a full results. My big thanks girls for such a good experience and best regards to all your team.
