Excellent and very efficient level of service only problem appears to be greeting at the airport. Which is very disorganised. Can't fault the treatment and the level of after care service. I'm planning to go back next year to get my second part of my hair transplant. Hotel staff is also very helpful. Also the staff at the clinic. The right choice is TETIK HEALTH! After months of research, I contacted the TETIK HEALTH team. After receiving immediate and patient answers to all my questions, I decided to buy my plane ticket. They made my reservation after I bought my plane ticket. When I arrived in Istanbul, they warmly welcomed me with a Mercedes vehicle and allowed me to stay at the hotel in the city center. My operation started 16th on March 2022. First, they picked me up from the hotel and took me to the clinic for the operation. I met the doctor and first we determined my hairline together as I wanted. The operating room was very clean. The doctor and team were very friendly and professional. My operation took about 8 hours. My preference was the DHI method, 4200 grafts were implanted. The next day, after resting, they picked me up again from the hotel and took me to the clinic, washed my head, and removed the bandages. They tell me how to wash my hair when I return to my country. They explained in detail how I should take my medicines.

Hi I would really like to thank this clinics for my hair transplant from the get-go . This whole experience was daunting at first but with the way they informed me at each stage was excellent. I had gone there by myself which was scary alone but it never felt like I was alone due to Ghufran she was in contact at every stage or if I needed or ask about anything. Have been organizing my DHI transplant for a few months with Asli and after an initial consultation I was offered 4000 grafts. Obviously, I had questions every day or 2 and everything I questioned she answered asap. So flew out on Dec 26 and had the transplant on the 27th. Asli sorted everything out for me, including the transfers to the hotels, picked me up for my appointments, and was in touch whenever I needed her. I’m back home now and 5 days since the transplant. There is no pain no bleeding no swelling however it does itch from time to time (unavoidable). Would I do it again? Definitely Would I use Asli again? Certainly Thank you so much

It's been emotional !! By the time I opened the email from Surgery Group I had already paid a deposit with another clinic. Surgery Group quoted me over 2k less than the other clinic so I decided to forfeit my deposit and go with them. The first thing that they did was arrange a consultation with the surgeon. This was a first and it was great to speak to the surgeon who would be doing my procedure, rather than a salesman. I had lots of questions and my patient coordinator Jake clearly does not sleep as he was on hand anytime I asked. Jake gave me some past patients to speak to and this really put my mind at ease. I was pretty nervous on the day but Dr Ahmad and the technicians were brilliant from the moment I arrived. Jake has kept in touch since my procedure and has helped with my ongoing hair loss. Don't book a hair transplant without speaking to the Surgery Group. it's an education and saved me 2k.

I went for a consultation expecting a transplant. I was informed of plasma treatment and laser options with supporting treatment. I opted for this based on Tracy's recommendation and haven't looked back. The results have been really impressive, progressively getting better over a 6-month duration. Plasma treatment by Luke was a massive help and Trisha helped me through the laser therapy sessions. I highly recommend HLC at Preston and got excellent support and service from Tracy, Luke and Trishsa.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
