As someone who had already had one prior hair transplant I felt as though I knew what to expect in terms of going through the initial consultation, payment and the experience of the procedure itself however I am pleased to say that all my expectations were blown out of the water by the high standard of professionalism and friendliness from all the staff involved right from start. From confirming an appointment onwards, a member of the team was in contact with me almost daily via text - they were polite and friendly and always at hand to provide advice. I never once felt like I was being pushed into anything - I felt valued and was treated as an individual. This member of staff was fantastic, friendly and a real credit to the team. He made sure that all of my niggling questions were answered and any unsettling nerves were put to rest. I couldn't be more grateful for the support I felt I had from the team leading up to the day of the procedure. On the day of the surgery, my expectations were exceeded yet again. I arrived on time to meet the surgeon and the technician who were both just as friendly and down to earth as I could have hoped for. They chatted to me throughout the procedure and made me feel relaxed, comfortable and valued. The hairline I requested was designed by myself and the surgeon together - he wasn't pushy and made sure I was entirely happy with my hairline before we got started. Post-procedure, the same number of staff who had been supporting me since day 1 was at hand constantly. He made the effort to message me every morning for the first few days - checking I was ok and making sure any worries I had were understood and put at ease. The support from start to finish was fantastic. As someone who has had the unique experience of having 2 transplants from different surgeries, I think that I am in a credible position to say that this surgery is by far the better of the two and I would wager one of the best around for customer service. I could not recommend this clinic highly enough to anyone thinking of having a hair transplant. If you are someone that is deciding between clinics, look no further.

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and my operation went for 15 hrs with a great experience and outcome. Great team and work! Adem is a considerate person, he is great at his job and he also treats you like a friend and family! He and his team have a great skill in this area. He was working on me for more than 15 hours! He loves what he doe and he is very good at it. In addition, if you do not speak Turkish, Emre is a translator with a great personality. If you come from the US to this Clinic, Emre is a dude from California which you do feel like you are at home. If you bring him an In-N-out, you might have a special discount as well.

Me and my friend went to this clinic for surgery, my friend had the bottom of her eye bags removed. I had a facelift and top and bottom eye surgery. The results are fantastic it was very reasonably priced cheaper than England, hospital is lovely and clean and very new looking. The surgeon who did my and my friend's surgery was a very nice man and helped me with what he thought would help with better results. Mac is the gentleman who picks you up from the airport and takes you to the clinic every day, he is a lovely man very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. We had our surgery on the 8th of January and they still message to see if everything is ok. thank you very much. They are lovely people I would highly recommend this clinic and would go a gain for surgery without a doubt.

I am (as per other great reviews that I followed) would very highly recommend Bangkok Hair Solution for hair transplants. I’ve been having to recede here since my early 20s. I decided to give them a tr and they did beyond wonderful. Nikki is an amazing employee. She takes great care and follows up for all the clients. I was treated like a family member. After being diagnosed with hair loss, I was under a lot of stress. Even though it was in the hairline area, which I could cover with my bang, I still felt relieved. I couldn't just leave it as it was, so I called hospitals that offer phone consultations to inquire about prices and consultations. But I wanted to personally visit several places to make a decision, and after much consideration, I chose to proceed with the hair transplant at Moaman Hair Transplant Clinic. As I had also undergone a nose surgery and was considering various procedures like filler injections, I was eager to get the hair transplant done quickly. The doctor carefully considered my situation and scheduled the procedure taking into account the recovery periods for my other treatments. Even though I had many questions, the doctor patiently answered each and every one of them sincerely, without showing any sign of annoyance. I'm extremely grateful for that. During the procedure, I didn't experience significant pain, and surprisingly, it was less painful than I expected. Afterwards, the director continued to monitor my progress closely during my follow-up appointments, ensuring there was no pain or wounds and that the grafts were taking well. Now, my hair is growing naturally and I'm quite satisfied with the results. The once sparse hairline is now beautifully full.
