Mr David Knight

Biography:
He has a post graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy and is an accredited member of the British Association of Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapists (BABCP) and is governed by their rules and codes of ethics. Alongside the CBT he is trained in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) a proven technique for dealing with traumatic memories and feelings. He is also a qualified mental health nurse.
