I have over 14 years' experience as a psychotherapist and counsellor, working in couples counselling, with individuals, parenting issues, teenagers and in family therapy. I have a wealth of experience in dealing with people of all ages and backgrounds in the UK and Ireland. In an on-going commitment to psychotherapeutic education, I have studied Counselling and Psychotherapy to BSc (Hons) degree level with Middlesex University, graduating with a First Class Honours. I also draw from my extensive studies in Positive Psychology and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
