Matthew Tevlin MIACP (accred) is a Counsellor & Psychotherapist based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. 

'I work with individual adults and teenagers aged 16 and over. Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually on a weekly basis. I aim to provide a safe space in which clients can explore their difficulties, gain new insights about themselves and work towards a more enriching life. My theoretical approach is humanistic & integrative. This flexible approach, drawing on a wide variety of healing methods and practices, enables me to adapt therapy to suit the unique needs of each individual.

Issues I work with include depression, anxiety, bereavement & loss, relationship & family issues, personal development, stress, self-esteem/confidence issues, trauma, domestic abuse and self-harm/suicidal ideation.'
