Facilitating a self-discovery process where you can begin to gain insights, build awareness and promote growth and healing.

I offer a safe non-judgmental environment, supporting you using an integrative and humanistic approach which is developmentally based, person-centred focused, drawing on and incorporating techniques from psychodynamic, psychosynthesis, CBT and solution focused concepts and theories as needed to meet your individual therapeutic needs.
