ONLINE COUNSELLING:- for individuals, couples, families (parents), and other relationships - support with complex trauma and grief processing, midlife challenges, and stress management. You will find a safe and supportive space where you can talk about your issues. With over ten years of professional experience in psychological counselling, I work with Hungarian- and English-speaking clients all over the world, bringing an integrative perspective shaped by diverse cultural and life experiences. If you struggle with cultural adjustment, I can support you through processes of adaptation and integration — whether adjusting to a new environment or readjusting after returning home — while helping you connect to a stronger sense of self. I use an integrative approach that combines systemic, humanistic, and psychodynamic perspectives, enriched with methods drawn from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), and trauma-informed stabilisation and somatic practices, all tailored to your individual needs.
