During her formation Mrs Vielma has undertaken additional training in Child Psychology, Humanistic techniques, Psychoanalytical approach and  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as well as a medical approach to mental problems. She has also obtained significant experience in psychological assessment, selection process in human resources, vocational orientation for teenagers and as a lecturer and tutor.
