Client-centered therapy is an effective treatment for people with many types of conditions . I have over 20 years therapy experience including : -

I am commited to working with people (and their families) who are worried in any way about how they are thinking, feeling or acting. The appointments I offer are flexible and totally confidential. An informal chat over the phone lasting approximately 30 mins is free of charge. Initial appointments are designed for me to find out more about how I can help you and last for 45 minutes, at a cost of £25.00 which is payable at the time of visit. Subsequent appintments cost £45.00. and last for one hour .
