Gill qualified from Leeds Metropolitan University in 1992 and after initially working in the NHS she returned to Australia to continue her Post-graduate education. Gill has worked within Private Practice for over 14 years and specialises in Sports Medicine. She is currently the National Lead Physiotherapist for British Gymnastics and has worked with many other National teams including UK Athletics and British Orienteering. She has represented Australia and Great Britain as Physiotherapist at Commonwealth, European, World and Olympic level.

Rachel qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Leeds Metropolitan University and after initially working in the NHS managed her own physiotherapy and sports injury clinic within a leading tennis and squash club in Yorkshire before Physio Action was established in 2003. She is also a qualified tennis coach and works with various County and National players to assist in the management and treatment of racquet sport related injuries.Rachel has worked with all age groups of representative rugby within Yorkshire and the North of England and treated many players who have gone on to achieve International honours. She is now the lead physiotherapist with the England Counties Rugby Team in addition to work with the Senior Yorkshire Rugby Union Squad and Wharfedale Rugby Union Football Club.

Biography:
Hannah works at our Harrogate clinic and has extensive manual therapy experience. She has a particular interest in Sports Physiotherapy since graduating from Oxford Brookes University in 2004. She has worked with many sporting clubs including Rugby, Football, Cricket, Running and Handball. Her first job was with the Oxford Radcliffe Trust, before progressing to a Senior Physiotherapist in the private sector in Newcastle. From there she went to Australia to pursue her ambition to work abroad. On returning to the UK she joined sports injuries clinics that enabled her to continue treating, among others, a number of athletes. She has also been privileged enough to be chosen as a volunteer Gamesmaker Physiotherapist at the London 2012 Olympic Games working with the Handball teams.

JONATHAN LIVESEY

Biography:
Jonathan has been working as a physio for more than 9 years in the NHS and for the last 5 years in the private sector gaining experience in treating a wide variety of conditions and problems. He has completed a number of post graduate courses giving him specialist skills in spinal manipulation and acupuncture. He uses these hands on skills with specific rehabilitation exercises to ensure patients make a speedy recovery and help minimise the risk of future injury. He also works in a specialist headache clinic treating migraine and other headaches. This involves an assessment of the neck and other contributing factors and addressing these issues with specific myofascial, articular and neuromuscular treatment techniques.

At the moment he is studying towards a masters qualification in Physiotherapy having already completed modules in the management of spinal dysfunction and the upper limb peripheral joint dysfunction. This all helps expand his knowledge further and takes his skills to the next level.
